Taste of Jamaica

Born in Jamaica, Marvin grew up enjoying the bright flavors of Jamaican cuisine through his mother’s cooking. His mom planned to open her own restaurant one day, but her health did not allow her to fulfill that dream. 

Marvin founded Bruce’s Jamaican Fusion Soul, a food trailer, as a way to honor his mother and let her dream live on. Bruce’s Jamaican Fusion Soul celebrates the colorful essence of traditional Jamaican favorites with a twist.
